  • What qualifies for free shipping?

    At Wine On The Vine we want you to have the very best experience from shopping to shipping. Every full case of wine you buy ships for free. That’s right, every case of 12 bottles that goes into a box ships for free. And yes, you can mix-and-match to build your own case! Unfortunately, partial cases do incur a nominal shipping fee. Ordering multiples of 12 bottles will help you avoid shipping costs. We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but cannot offer free shipping to either state.
  • Your order is important to us! We strive to ship all orders within one business day. However, the cut-off time to receive shipments is 1:00 pm Monday-Friday and 12:00 pm on Fridays and Erev Yomim Tovim. All shipments submitted over the weekend will be received on Monday. Texas and Illinois have an extended shipping time of 10-21 days. At peak times (such as before the holidays) it can take a bit longer for your order to leave our warehouse. We ship through FedEX, whoever will get you your package the most efficiently. The map below will help you determine how long it takes from the time your order ships to the time it’s delivered.
  • Federal regulations require an adult, with valid ID to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. THIS IS NOT A WINE ON THE VINE REQUIREMENT THEREFORE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT.
  • Regulations prohibit us from delivering alcohol to PO boxes, we can only deliver your shipment to a physical address.
  • We absolutely can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but we’re not able to offer free shipping to these locations. Cost will vary based on the size of your order.
  • We monitor the weather closely to ensure the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while en route. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, hot or cold, we will, we will hold the shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.
  • Our shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Please consider processing and transit times when placing your order.

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia.

If there is a problem with your order, or if you find a problem with the vintage, please call, text, chat or email us and we will correct it right away.

In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in their original shipped packing to ensure a safe return. We will send you a label to place on the box and arrange pick up for the merchandise. Upon arrival at the warehouse, all returned items are inspected. If the return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges. Please note that all customers seeking a refund regardless of the wine was consumed or not, must return the original bottle. No refunds will be issued otherwise.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant credit on the wine minus a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping charge, and actual return shipping fees.

Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
