Pettilant Natural – Naturally sparkling dry rose wine. A light and refreshing rose with wonderful aromas and fruit flavors. Made from Carignan grapes harvested early and gently pressed. The light fizz is a product of the wine being bottled before primary fermentation is finished. Carignan – an ancient grape in Israel which fits perfectly to the Israeli climate. The wine ferments in the bottle and is unfiltered, natural precipitation might appear in the bottle giving the wine a fascinating and surprising development. Jezreel is a pioneer in Pet Nat winemaking in Israel.
